- This makes the following modification to solicitation Q5D8AAC0034. Two purchase orders will be awarded as a result of this modification. One purchase order will be issued for the counties of Del Norte, Humboldt, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity in the state of Northern California ? Sierra Mountains. A second purchase order will be issued for the counties of Amador, Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lake, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sierra, Solano, Sonomo, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba in the state of Northern California. Offerors may provide a proposal for either geographic of both geographic areas if they desire.
