- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide tree cutting and removal in areas contained with the Upper Great Plains Region and the Rocky Mountain Regions of Western Area Power Administration. The Upper Great Plains Regions has a coverage area of Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota and Montana and the Rocky Mountain Region covers Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming and Kansas. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies and transportation. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about June 1, 2005.
