- The USDA Forest Service Region 2 has a requirement for the services to perform routine operation and maintenance for the Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Plant located at, Cass Civilian Conservation Center, HC 63 Box 219, Ozark, Franklin County, AR. This request for proposal is designated as a Small Business set-aside. NAICS code: 811310. Size standard 6 million. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced Contract with a Base Year Period and Four (4) Option Year Periods. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supplies, materials and other resources (except for Government-furnished property or facilities described herein) necessary to complete the work described.
