- Description: MOTOR, ALTERNATING CURRENT, ENGINEERED AIR SYSTEMS INC P/N 12049-1 PR NO: RH051260020000 Project No. RH05126002 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the base year and four option years. Maximum annual quantity is 1,176 each, the estimated annual quantity is 588 and the guaranteed minimum quantity is 147 for all years. The minimum delivery order quantity is 147 and the maximum delivery order quantity is 588. Submission of a Surge Plan is required. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at origin, quality assurance provision QAP 001 applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Stock location(s) to be cited on each delivery order. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6105-00-531-0563, 133-day delivery. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
