This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 3,091 DR. QPL Applies. In accordance with VSTD NR J2360. Basic DTD 98 Nov 01. Amend NR DTD. Type Number J2360-4-80W90. In accordance with STD NR MIL-STD-290F. Refno DTD 00 Jul 17. Amend NR DTD. Type Number II Shelf Life 24 months. This NSN is procured fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards And/Or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 204 applies. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ?
