- Solicitation for the following NSNs: 1650-00-022-5451; 1650-00-022-5453; 1650-00-181-9344; 1650-00-286-2254; 1650-00-302-3112; 1650-00-302-3154; 1650-00-764-4694; 1660-01-046-7598 and 1650-01-074-1054. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. Each NSN will be evaluated separately therefore offerors may submit proposals covering any combination of NSNs listed above. Details relating to the ordering limitations, delivery schedules and surge requirement will be outlined in the solicitation. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
