- Description: See numbered notes 1 and 26. NSNs 5915-01-038-7942, Filter, Band Pass; 5930-01-126-4043, Switch; 5950-00-600-0840, Transformer, Power; 5980-01-041-6784, Switch; 5985-01-299-8175, Handle, Antenna; 6145-01-191-1479, Cable, Special Purpose are to be procured in accordance with Source Controlled Dwg. or CAGE Codes and Part Numbers. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQTC) with a combined estimated yearly quantity of 166 each to be shipped to various stock locations. The FOB is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery ranges from 80 to 150 days. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date Apr 29, 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
