Description

Headquarters, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Alexandria, Virginia intends to award a sole source contract with EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system) Online, utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1. To the best of the Contracting Officer's knowledge, EDGAR Online is the only source available to provide corporate financial information submitted quarterly to the Securities and Exchange Commission. A license to obtain historical and ongoing updated fundamental data for 500 companies via a file transfer protocol (FTP) delivery is required. Award will be based on the best value technically acceptable. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION. However, if a company has reason to believe that it can meet or exceed all the needs of DCMA for this requirement, it may submit documentation to support its claim.
