- ** NEW RESPONSE DATE: 06/15/2005 ** SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to a) Remove all asbestos insulation on hydronic pipes accessible from crawl space and ceiling space, b) Insulate hydronic pipes to include the chilled water supply/return, domestic hot water supply/return, c) Replace chilled water fan coil units in phases, and d) Install new fan coil units. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,00.00. Performance period is seventy-five (75) calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $12.0 million. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns.
