- The purpose of this amendment is to add the addendum for FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2:ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1-Instruction to Offerors—Commercial Items Offerors must submit a price proposal and a resume with that addresses the elements in paragraph 2 of the statement of Work. Technical Resume Factors i.Offeror must have the experience, skills, ability, working knowledge, and proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and be able to do research on the Internet. ii.Someone who has lived the lifestyle of military or military family member. Need to understand the dynamics of frequent moving and the demands that are placed on our members and their families. iii.Work experience in an office setting and providing outstanding customer service. ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 – Evaluation—Commercial Items. BASIS FOR CONTRACT AWARD: This is a competitive best value source selection in which competing offerors’s technical resume will be evaluated on a basis approximately equal to cost or price considerations. The evaluation process shall proceed as follows: A.Initially offers shall be ranked according to price. B.Next, the government technical team shall evaluate on an acceptable unacceptable basis the technical proposal submitted by each offeror against the following evaluation factors i.Offeror must have the experience, skills, ability, working knowledge, and proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and be able to do research on the Internet. ii.Someone who has lived the lifestyle of military or military family member. Need to understand the dynamics of frequent moving and the demands that are placed on our members and their families. iii. Work experience in an office setting and providing outstanding customer service. If technical resume is unacceptable offeror will not be considered for an award. C. The Government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. Clause DFARS 252.225-7002-Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors is being deleted in its entirety. Services, nonpersonal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation, and all necessary item to provide the service as RELOCATION ASSISTANT for Relocation Office in accordance with the attached statement of work. Service will be performed at the Family Support Center, 351 Travis Ave, Travis AFB, CA 94535 from 3 May 05 through 30 Apr 06. NOTE: STATEMENT OF WORK AND WAGE DETERMINATION WILL BE UPLOADED ON 25 MAR 05. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-APR-2005).
