- Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to issue a contract to perform HVAC Maintenance and repair at U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi Maryland. Contract will be for a base year only. Period of Performance: 01 Januar y 2005 through 31 December 2005. The solicitation will be ready on or about 01 November 2004. This proposed contract is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310. The size standard is $6.0 Million.
