- There are two changes. ... #1. There is a change to the ?Technical Specifications paragraph(s): T2.2? which applies to items 49, 50, and 51 ONLY. The following statement has been removed from each of the IPDs: ?Included within the case shall be a dated list of replaceable components which identifies the National Stock Number (NSN), Noun Name, quantity of each replaceable component, and the contract or purchase order number.? ... #2. The EMPR for item #53 (NSN 5130-01-444-4662) has been changed. The new EMPR is a total of 1,500. ... ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SOLICITATION REMAIN THE SAME.
