- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to DYNATEM Inc. for the procurement of a quantity of 200 XRC11MGX Rugged Pentium Processor Cards for the Navy EHF Communication Controler (NECC) systems currently installed aboard U.S. Navy ships. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A sole source solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be transmitted to the sole source contractor by means other than posting to the SPAWAR E-CC Business Opportunities web site. Note 22 applies, and is modified to read "???all proposals received within 15 days???" (vice 45 days).
