- This Request For Quotes (RFQ) from The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is for the contractor to provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, material and equipment to perform the required services for a complete operation, maintenance and repair of all structures and associated utility systems. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for a period of one (1) base year and (4) one (1) year option periods. Anticipated release date of the RFQ is on or about 30 May 2005. All quotes w ill be due 30 days from the issuance date of the RFQ. This procurement request is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code is 561210. For the purpose of this procurement a small business concern is defined as: a concern whose average annual sales or receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three (3) years has not exceeded $5 million. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. No Telephonic request or faxed copies will be honored. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for current status of solicitations and amendments. All responsible sources to submit a proposal will be considered by this age ncy.
