PRON: AX5Q0213AX, NSN: 2945-01-488-6576, Part Number: 101100 (-101), Noun: Filter Element, Inta, Quantity: 100 each minimum/2300 each maximum, 5-Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract applicable to OH-58D. This requ irement is restricted to Aerospace Filtration Systems Inc. Div., Cage Code 0GCA0 with deliveries going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it c annot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Production Lead-time is 100 each, 185 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify t hemselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) and Policy relat ing to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated a bove. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. All offers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. See Numbered Notes 22, 23, 26.
