- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Provide construction services to install inside plant cabling, a four-way duct system, installation of a backboard, and LIUs at Yakima Training Center, WA. Contractor shall also provide construction services to install 21 manholes and 33 handholes over a distance of approximately 26,400 feet. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation. The Government intends to furnish materials for this project except those needed in the underground duc twork and the material needed to restore the site to pre-construction condition; a materials list will be provided with the solicitation. The Government will also furnish drawings of the work to be accomplished with the solicitation. A pre-proposal confe rence and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 24 May, 2005. Consult the solicitation for exact time and date. DESCRIPTION OF SOLICITATION: This contract is to be awarded as firm fixed price. The proposed procurement listed here is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran small business firms. NAICS Code: 237130. The size standard for a small service disabl ed veteran business is defined as any concern including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $28.5 million per year.
