Description

This project is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the exclusion fences project. This project includes furnishing and construction of five different types of fences, and furnishing and installation of gates and cattleguards at locations in the Bighorn National Forest, Bighorn, Johnson, Sheridan and Washakie Counties, Wyoming. This shall be a firm fixed price contract. This project shall be a set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. See Note 27. It is anticipated work shall begin July 2005. Performance period is 75 calendar days. NAICS code is 238990, size standard $12.0 million. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this web site exclusively. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately May 27, 2005. Any prospective contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov), and in ORCA (http://www.bpn.gov) (Online Representations and Certifications Application).
