- Description
- This contract requires furnishing fully operated equipment to perform road decommissioning, road maintenance and related work, including conversion of road to trail. The equipment to be used includes excavators, crawler tractors, and dump trucks, with the majority of work done by excavators. Project areas are across the Clearwater National Forest, primarily on the North Fork and Powell Ranger Districts, with some work on the Palouse RD. This will be an indefinite quantity type contract, with multiple awards anticipated to be made in the amount of 5 to 25 miles each award. Estimate start work June 27, 2005.
