- CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE BUILDING MODERNIZATION PROJECT at the Mary E. Swtizer Building of the GS-11P-05-MKC-0036 SITE VISITS - Site Visits will be held for contractors to visit the Mary E. Switzer Building on May 18,2005. The first site visit is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. The second site visit is is scheduled at 1:00. The Mary E. Switzer building is located at 330 C Street, SW, Washington, DC. The building is accessible from the Blue and Orange lines from the Federal Center SW Metro station located at 3rd and D streets, SW, Washington, DC. Contractors shall meet at the Main, Northeast Lobby located on C Street. Contractors shall provide a valid form of identification with a photograph such as a driver's license. All visitors attending the site visit must sign in at the main lobby. Do not expect to gain access to the site if you arrive after the designated time. You may only attend one session.
