- NO SUBSTITUTIONS SHALL BE ACCEPTABLE. The Fire and Emergency Services located in Patuxent River has a requirement to for the following Thermal Imaging Camera with the following specifications which is manufactured by l n Curtis & Sons, 1800 Peralta Street, Oakland CA 94607-1603. P/N IH305GWT3MAX CUSTOM, Curtis Custom Complete T3MAX with the following components: T3MAX Thermal Imaging Camera with the following unique features. State of the art infrared detector engine for outstanding picture quality, Relative Heat Indicator (RHI) shall provide on-screen temperature measurement up to 12 00 degree F, Lower operating temperature capability to enable extended use in sub-freezing conditions, Red Hot feature to quickly identify areas of intense heat by coloring hot objects red, Unmatched durability and the new Electronic Thermal Throttle. Curtis Custom Thermal Imager Identification Marking Package as follows: T3POWERHOUSE Truck Mount Direct Charge System for T3 with Truck Mount, built in battery charger, hardwires installation read, attachment hardware, NFPA 1901 compliant. T3RETRACT Retractable Strap, extendable strap designed to keep T3 out of the way while crawling and working, Complete on site training on the use, care, maintenance of all T3MAX and all accessories shall be include. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of all under FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice or received as a result of a notice of intent shall normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
