Description

The National Park Service is soliciting Requests for Proposals for the operation of the Grand Canyon National Park Medical Clinic. The operation is to include staffing of Physicians, Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Office Staff, Office Manager, Physical Therapist, Dentist, and Dental Technician. NAICS Code 621111 is the size standard for this project. Contractor will be required provide all management, personnel, supervision, materials, supplies required to and have in-depth knowledge of management of medical services contracts. Contract shall be awarded with a base period of 1 year (September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006) with four additional one-year option periods. The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The solicitation N8219050092 will be issued on or about May 24, 2005.
