- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91ZRS-05-Q-0015 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal A cquisition Circular 2005-02. Delivery is requested within 90 days after receipt of order. The Army National Guard requires a Magnetic Partical Inspection Station, NSN: 6635-01-366-6791, Gould Bass Co. Inc. model 3509A-01 or approved equal. The delivery ad dress is 1109th CT-AVCRAD, 139 Tower Avenue, Groton, CT 06340. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.The following are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Reperesentations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Sta tutes or Executive Orders. Offer is due not later than 10:00 AM local time, June 15, 2005 in the Contracting Office, room 323, 360 Broad Street, Hartford, CT 06105. Offers will be evaluated on a best value basis using the following factors: 1. Technica l capability of the items to meet the Government Requirement; 2. Past performance; and 3. Price. Technical and past perormance when combined are relatively more important than price.
