- . This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Catered Meals. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in t his notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) Submit written offers (oral offers will not be acc epted), on RFQ W912PQ-05-T-0016. All statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100 % SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisio ns and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722320 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Melinda H aines 174 FW/Services 6001 E Molloy Rd. Syracuse, NY 13211. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussion on this procurement. All quotes must be mailed to Kristianna Haase 174FW/Base Con tracting Office 6001 E Molloy Rd. Syracuse, NY 13211. E-mailed quotes will be accepted at kristianna.haase@nysyra.ang.af.mil . Quotes are required to be received no later than 12:00AM on 25 May 2005.
