Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a potential source to Furnish all personnel and equipment to provide emergent and non-emergent, basic and advanced life support ambulance service, twenty-four 24-hours per day, three hundred sixty-five 365-days per year, to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) 200 Veterans Avenue, Beckley, WV 25801. VAMC Beckley, WV, area of coverage includes the following counties in West Virginia: Clay, Fayette, Greenbrier, McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming, and Tazewell, VA. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621910 and Size Standard is $6 million. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, Socio-Economic Factors, business size, if services are on a FSS, firms experience in providing Ambulance Services and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement. All responses shall be submitted in writing no later than close of business Friday, May 20, 2005, 12 Noon local time to the attention of: Ray C.
