- Contractor to provide orthotic appliances and related services for the VA Medical Center at 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702-4598. This solicitation is for FY 05 with base year and four-one year option years. Price proposals shall not exceed the established L-Code prices applicable to the geographic area subject to this solicitation at the time of performance. Proposals shall include the best percentage discount offered against the L-Code pricing baseline. The NAISC Code for this procurement is 339113. The procurement is totally set-aside for small business concerns. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing or FAXED to (208) 422-1139 and must be on company letterhead to include a point of contact with phone and FAX numbers. Solicitation is availeable May 12, 2005. Award is subject to availability of FY 2005 funds.
