- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a Purchase Order for the maintenance, modification, updates, and enhancements of the current MS Access based Enhanced Non-Drug Evidence Database System (ENEDS) to Progressive Technologies Management (PTM), P.O. Box 11120, Berryville, VA 22611, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to support the Office of Information Systems with the current ENEDS. The contractor shall follow the DEA System Development Life Cycle methodology for development and documentation using DEA standard templates. Services required include providing ENEDS test database and source code, determine and document a deployment schedule, maintenance support, modifications to the application, providing support to the DEA Quality Management and Independent Validation & Verification (QM IV&V), the set up of ENEDS software on all training workstations and development of training materials necessary to support training sessions on ENEDS, as well as other requirements included in the Statement of Work. The period of performance is from date of award to September 30, 2005. This procurement is a set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
