- Description
- The Indian Health Service has a requirement for transcription services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Phoenix, Arizona. The work includes transcriptions of discharge summaries, transfer summaries, operative reports, radiology reports, pathology reports, progress notes, clinic notes, history and physical reports, stat reports and dictated letters. The contract period shall be for a base period with four additional one-year options, subject to the availability of funds. This requirement will be selected under source selection procedures, FAR Part 15 (Best Value), where the importance of cost and technical selection factors vary. Past performance is an important part of the technical evaluation. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 561410 and Business Size Standard is $6 Million. The release of the solicitations date is May 27, 2005.
