End item specification MIL-DTL-3943E which can be downloaded at the following website: http://assist.daps.dla.mil/online/start/ Contract history: August 2004 @ $4.71 for 60,000 each. Min/Max quantity for this procurement min 20,000 units and max 80,000 units are due within a twelve month delivery with a production leadtime of 150 days after award. 5 first article samples will be required on before 60 days after award. Two destinations for delivery to New Cumberland, Pa and Phoenix, AZ. Total Small Business Set-Aside. one 100% option will be included.
