- DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract on NSN 2540-01-389-3170, Headrest, Seat,Vehicular. The total annual demand quantity is 1,088 each with an estimated annual dollar amount of $86,700.00. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 20 May 2005. This requirement is unrestricted. Offerors who are interested in submitting an offer/quote on this solicitation should contact Denise Broomfield (614)692-4718 prior to the closing date, 20 June 2005. See Note 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are NOT available for this item. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Base year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Surge is required on this acquisition. This item will be shipped to various conus locations. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
