- Copies of the RFP will be available on the DSCC website www.dscc.dla.mil after 1 Jun 05. After reaching the website, look for the DSCC Internet BidBoard System (DIBBS), then click on DSCC Solicitation Search/Requests for Proposals(RFP)/Invitations for Bis(IFB). Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for a 5 year long term contract (base year plus four 1 year options) for 25 NSNs. NSNs are various.Solicitation is for Other than Full and Open Competition. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment. While stock may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, Surge and Sustainment support and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. FOB destination will apply. Delivery schedule varies depending on the items. See Note 26
