- This acquisition is subject to Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award procedures of FAR Parts13.106-1, 13.106-2, and 13.106-3 apply. The Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center intends to procure HVAC services for the installation of Refrigeration Plants on the USCGC Polar Sea and the modification of Refrigeration Plants on the USCGC Polar Star. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The work to be performed is subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965. Wage Determination 1994-2563, Rev. 26 applies. A solicitation will be released on or about 4/27/2005.
