- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for boiler replacement ? Bldg. 63 at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. Work involves demolition and replacement of the existing boiler and rehab of various HVAC systems and associated electrical and mechanical work as necessary to support the HVAC work. The NAICS is 238220 size standard $12M. This procurement is a small business set-aside. Performance Period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A Bid Bond is required. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. A Plan Holders or Bidders List is NOT available. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS WILL BE RESPONDED TO.
