- Solicitation Period: 30 days Issue Date: 01/10/05 Closing/Opening Date: 02/10/05 Destinations: San Diego, CA Primary Quantity: 300 This solicitation contains an option for increased quantity Delivery Schedule: 90 days The proposed procurement is subject to the Trade Agreements Act (Note 12 Applies) This is an unrestricted acquisition This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted, technical data; Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1).
