- Synopsis is for establishing a task order under contract F09603-03-D-0002 (Northrop Grumman Strategic Sourcing Initiative Corporate Contract). This effort consists of Engineering services to develop depot test equipment to allow for the repair of the APN 241 Low Power Color Radar (LPCR) by WR-ALC. This requirement is applicable to the C-130 aircraft. Various items of firm fixed price and cost type contract line items are contemplated. Government’s required delivery schedule is 24 months ARO. Sole source to Northrop Grumman (cage 97942). Specification, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described above are not available and can not be furnished by the government.
