Description

FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to renovate the Combat Arms Training Facility (CATM), building 1895 on Malmstrom AFB MT. The general scope of this project is to renovate the building interior and exterior in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 24 Jan 05. Request For Proposal will close on 24 Feb 05. This acquisition is open to large and small business concerns under the Samll Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Performance period is 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The Notice To Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. The Request For Proposal will be available only on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov//. All responsible sources may submit an offer good for 90 days, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/indexnew.asp.) The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-DEC-2004).
