- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Headquarters Information Technology Support Services, which was posted on May 9, 2005. You are notified that the following clarifications are added as follows: This full and open competitive procurement will result in a single award, cost plus award fee, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will have a 5-year ordering period. This is not a small business set-aside. This procurement replaces the former procurement referred to as "Information Technology Systems, Engineering and Management Services (ISEM) or ISEM II" in its entirety. Failure to respond to this synopsis or any previous notices does not mean that a firm cannot respond to the solicitation at a later date. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
