- Notice of Intent to Use Other than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government currently occupies 14,952 occupiable square feet of office space at 5700 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a short-term lease extension at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive, including all relocation costs. All services, suppliees, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
