- Correction: The maximum contract limit for each one-year contract period is $2,000,000.00. "The following have been identified as potential projects to be accomplished under this contract: (1) Cooling Tower Replacement; (2) Exterior building renovations, tuckpointing and restoration; (3) Exterior entrance restoration and accessibility improvements. Projects of a similar nature may be substituted or added to the contract." The look up table will be used for all projects up to $2M. Under the Brooks Act consideration for selection will be based upon the following evaluation criteria categories: 1) Project Team: Key Personnel, Qualifications, and relevant experience as individuals and as a team; 2) Design Management: Project Management plan, facilities, capabilities, and techniques; 3) Design Ability: Visual and narrative evidence of team's ability with respect to innovative design solutions; 4) Experience: Performance on similar projects. All Other Conditions Remain Unchanged.
