- Description
- The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the GSA HQs invites interested parties to submit a written response to the attached Request for Information (RFIs) for 1) Account Receivable (AR), Billing & 2) Asset Management Solution (please see Attachment 1& 2 for details). CHANGE ONE: The deadline for the RFI submission package is due to OCFO (Angela Smith, see attachment 1 for details) on 31 May 05 at 3:00 PM. In addition, OCFO plans to hold an information exchange meeting (e.g. GSA's Industry Day) to discuss the above RFIs with potential respondents (Time, Location, Agenda & Attendee Info will be provided to confirmed attendees). The Industry Day will address both AR & Asset Management at the same time as we expect that some vendors may respond to both RFIs. CHANGE TWO: The final request to attend is due 16 May 05 by noon (EST). CHANGE THREE: All interested parties may obtain information regarding Industry Day (20 May 05) via GSA Website (www.gsa.gov) by clicking on the "EVENTS" link on the right side of the screen. CHANGE FOUR: A follow-up email will be sent to all the firms/companies currently registered for Industry Day (20 May 05) with detailed event information by COB 13 May 05. Attachment 2 is the Asset Management RFI which is a mirror copy of the AR RFI, but with the focus on getting info on fixed asset management solutions. Attachment 3 provides additional background information (re: current systems and processes that perform the functions for which OCFO are seeking information on a replacement solution through the RFI.
