- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of U.S. Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia, has a requirement for Technical Assistance Services for the Installation of 3 Reed Revolving Tray Ovens in the Consolidated Dining Facility. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service type contract. Under the authority of FAR 6.302, the Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Gill Marketing Co providers of the Reed Ovens and who is familiar with the special handling and installation procedures involved. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. Place of Performance will be at the Consolidated Dining Facility, Diego Garcia. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 May 2005 with a closing date of 23 May 2005. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Proposed contract to be procured using commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
