- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire the following total estimated quantities of items in support of the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC), Millington, TN?s ?Right Spirit Campaign?: CD holder, 25,000 each; Stress Reliever, 50,000 each; Coaster, 25,000 each; Multi-tool, 25,000 each; Beverage Insulator, 50,000 each; Lint Brush, 50,000 each; Wheel Book, 50,000 each; Revolution Pen, 25,000 each; Key Light, 25,000 each; World Clock/Calculator, 10,000 each; Compass Flashlight, 25,000 each; Lanyard with swivel hook, 25,000 each. The above items will be labeled with the appropriate ?Right Spirit Campaign? language. In addition, the selected vendor will also be responsible for the warehousing and shipping of these items. It is anticipated the Navy will solicit for a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a 1 year base period and 4, one year options. Deliveries will be required worldwide. Delivery of 5 days is required within the Continental United States (CONUS) and 7-10 for all other locations. The Buy American Act will apply. Interested vendors will be asked to submit price and past performance information and the evaluation for contract award resulting from the forthcoming solicitation will consider past performance more important than price. This requirement will be solicited as 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 339999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Prospective quoters will be able to obtain a copy of the solicitation once it is posted at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil). See numbered note 1.
