Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure a set of six (6) Wireless Lifts with 48-ton capacity and other associated items. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The delivery date for the resultant contract will be 01 July 2005. Contract line items will be as follows: CLIN 0001 - Set of Six (6) Wireless Lifts With 48-Ton Capacity, equipped with wireless communication (no cables attached), DC powered, maximum capacity per unit of 16,000 lbs (minimum), minimum wheel diameter 16?and maximum wheel diameter 24.5?, maximum lift height 67"; CLIN 0002 ? One (1) Oil Handler/Antifreeze Handler With Height Adapter - Fluid Transfer System, fluid capacity of 15 gal., adjustable height range of 47.5? up to 73?; CLIN 0003 ? One (1) 25 -Ton Air Hydraulic Truck Service Lift, capacity of 50,000 lbs., starting height of 8? up to 21?; and CLIN 0004 ? Shipping Charges. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http:www2.eps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
