- Preservation and miscellaneous repairs of the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Drydock No. 1 Caisson to be performed at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Oahu, Hawaii. Period of performance is 15 June to 29 July 2005. Small Business set aside. Contractor must have a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), U.S. Navy. All responsible MSRA/ABR small business sources may submit proposal offers which will be considered by the agency. Non-Hawaii contractors should include a remote site plan with the offer.
