- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N00167-05-Q-5050 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE 100%. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21 as well as DCN 20040113. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334613 with an applicable size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 - QTY 320 EA - MAGNETIC TAPES, Quantegy #795-57GJ3G (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL). Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, 30 days ARO. Final inspection will be at NSWCCD / ATD 740 Mullet Dr. Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following provisions with a ?FILL-IN? MUST be completed and submitted with the offer: 52.219-1 (ALT I) [FILL-IN]; 52.222-22 [FILL-IN]; 52.222-25 [FILL-IN]; 252.225-7000[FILL-IN]; 252.225-7035[FILL-IN]. The following information MUST appear on each quote: Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE #) number and Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS #) number.
