- The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for an estimated quantity of 203 Fiber Optic Data Multiplex System (FODMS) Input/Output Modules (IOMs) and other basic modules in support of the AN/USQ-82(V) Program. Solicitation N00024-05-R-4312 will be issued to DRS EW & Network Systems, Inc., 485 Cayuga Road, Buffalo, NY 14225. DRS is the only qualified FODMS producer of the aforementioned equipment that can meet the Navy's required delivery schedule. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirement.
