- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for five hundred (500) each of CPU-4 Printed circuit Boards conformal coated part number TS200087 Rev G7, one hundred (100) each of CPU-4 Printed Circuit Boards without R17 conformal coating part number TS200087-2 and one hundred fifty (150) each of Motor Driver no conformal coating part number TS20009 Rev D2 on a sole source basis to Murietta Circuits, 5000 Landon Dr. Anaheim, CA 92807-1940, because of Circuit Boards Proprietary drawings rights. These boards need to be provided within 9 weeks, or less, to meet schedules for supplying the fleet with targets utilizing these remote control systems for operational requirements. Murrietta Circuits is already tooled up, silk screens have been developed, and production/assembly drawings have been developed, therefore, they are the most cost effective and timely procurement method. This notice is not a request for c! ompetitive proposals; however, any firm, other than Murietta Circuits should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22.
