Box 7730, Wichita, KS 67277-7730 for sustaining engineering and technical support for the E-6B. The engineering and technical support are for both recurring and non-recurring support of the commercial/military derivative 700 series E-6B aircraft. The planned period of performance is from 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2009 for a basic year and three option periods. The recurring effort includes: research and analysis of data; engineering data; technical support services in the field for items such as engineering investigations and trouble shooting of maintenance issues. The non-recurring effort includes: proposal preparation; reports; damage assessments; engineering support for aircrafts modifications and repairs; logistics support and other areas of support relating to 707 aircraft sustainment as necessary. This award is based on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), whereby the supplies and services required are available from only one responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
