- STATEMENT OF WORK SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR BUILDINGS 282 AND 288 NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER PORTSMOUTH NMCP) PORTSMOUTH, VA 23708 The Government requires installation of security systems at NMCP, Bldgs 282 and 288. The components described in Section B shall be installed at the locations identified for each item in a manner that ensures proper operation. When complete, each system shall be fully functional. All work shall be completed in a professional, workman-like manner. The Contractor shall contact the designated Government representative to coordinate installation and to ensure that those requirements for which the Government has responsibility may be accomplished so as not to impede Contractor performance. The Contractor shall ensure that all refuse and debris resulting from the installation is removed from the area and disposed off-site. Offerors shall identify the brand name, make, and model number for each piece of equipment for which a proposed price is submitted.
