- Sources sought for businesses having the ability to provide the following services: Contractor shall provide services to relocate approximately 30 staff members of the Office of Trust Records, Office of the Special Trustee, from 1551 Mercantile NE, to 4400 Masthead NE, Albuquerque, NM. Specific services to be provided: Relocate the work space for approximately thirty (30) people from 1551 Mercantile NE to 4400 Masthead NE which includes: Provide electronic (CAD) drawings on the reconfiguration of 18 workstations from 64 sq. ft. to 96 sq. ft. Provide all new Herman Miller parts and components required to reconfigure the existing workstations to the larger size. Components from existing workstations will be used to the maximum extent practicable. Tear down of all existing workstations at 1551 Mercantile, Suite A. This includes the 18 workstations identified above to be reconfigured and 29 additional workstations and two conference rooms which will be placed in storage by the contractor. Move all identified workstation parts and components to Masthead. Installation of the 18 reconfigured workstations at the Masthead location. Move all office files, stand alone filing cabinets and miscellaneous equipment including all computer equipment. It is anticipated this move will occur the second week of June but must be completed no later than June 30, 2005. The Service Contract Act will apply under Wage Determination #94-2361, dated 03/08/05. Award of this contract will be made to one company having the ability to provide all of the services outlined above. Multiple awards will not be made. Award will be based on a best value determination. Interested parties shall provide a written notice containing a detailed description on how they would provide all of the required services. Because of the need to have daily communications with the contractor as the move date nears, the contractor must demonstrate to the contracting officer in writing how they would provide daily customer service to include on-site visits.
