Description

The work of this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, services, coordination, and skilled supervision to make a proper surface preparation, to complete spot priming as necessary, and two finish coats of paint to the entire exterior surface of the Lyon House (HS-08) and Lyon privy (S-28) located at 413 S. Eighth Street within the Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Springfield, Illinois. Estimated exterior surface for the Lyon House, 2-story wood, is 4,727 Sq. Ft. and Lyon Privy, 1-story wood, is 240 Sq. Ft. Magnitute of Project: $15,000 to $75,000.
